JODI: Russia remains world's 2nd largest oil producer in April
MOSCOW, Jun 17 (PRIME) -- Russia retained its position of the world’s second largest oil producer after the U.S. in April, when its output grew by 2.3% on the month to 9.758 million barrels per day, the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) said in a report on Thursday.
The U.S. produced 10.95 million barrels per day, a 2% fall. Saudi Arabia’s output remained almost flat at 8.134 million barrels per day.
